Ladies and Gentlemen,
A few months ago we had implemented a feature which allowed most of our customers to chat with us via AIM directly from our site. Due to the inconvenience that the page could not be refreshed or the customer navigate to a different page, we went ahead and improved this feature by switching it to a pop-up live chat window which you can chat with us and navigate in and out of the store site or simply refresh the site. One of the features added to this, was the call back requests. This feature works by simply collecting information that you input into the form to have a support team call you back or simply email you with the information requested.
As always our live help will continue to be offered from 10AM to 7PM EST. and Live Chat after 7PM.
